Here is 7th grader Alejandra A.'s response to who her Role Model is (hint: Just in time for Father's Day):

Have you thought about who is your role model?  Well I have and my role model is my dad because of three main reasons.  One reason is because he doesn't give up.  The second reason is because he is a good father.  Last but not least, he works hard.

One of the reasons my dad is my role model is because he doesn't give up.  The way I know that is because he lost his job but he was able to get another job and move on.  Another way I know is because he got sick and still went to work.  My dad continues to work to help our family raise money.

My next reason is because he is a good father.  I know that because when he gets out of work, he is tired but he still plays with us.  Also because when I got out of school late, he would be the one to pick us up.  He also takes me to the places I need to go.

My last reason is because he works hard.  He goes to work everyday except Sunday.  He doesn't miss a day of work unless he has a doctor's appointment.  Also, when he does have a day off, he is still working because he helps my uncles with their cars.

In conclusion, those are my three main reasons why my dad is my role model.  I hope everybody has a great role model, and is as great as mine.
